Our Philosophy
TO PLAY POSSESSION BASED ATTACKING FOOTBALL
To achieve this, we operate a ‘player-centred’ approach that delivers expert
coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can
learn and develop at their own pace over the long term.
Overall, we create a professional environment where our players are
encouraged to experiment and be creative and have no fear of failure in order
to develop their technique and decision making
Our Community
Inspired talents football club (ITFC) is committed to delivering a wide range of engaging provisions within the minority community to help create change in attitude, performance, education, and aspiration of all young people and individuals who are disengaged in life using the channel of football.
NORTHERN IRELAND FOOTBALL LEAGUE
The Northern Ireland football league system is categorised into three levels:
senior, intermediate and junior. Clubs attain intermediate status by fulfilling
certain criteria (e.g. owning or leasing its own enclosed ground). Senior status
requires clubs to reach stricter criteria. National leagues exist at senior and
intermediate level. All junior leagues and some intermediate are organised on a
regional basis.
